Recording your video resume is easy and takes only seconds.

1. Make sure your room is quiet, and your webcam and microphone are working, and allow access to them.

2. Hit record, read the questions below and answer them in complete sentences. Add whatever you want; you don’t have to stick only to the questions.

3. When you’re done, click “Send Video Mail,” enter your information and click “Send.” (No video is saved until you enter your name and email address and click “Send.”) That’s it!

Summarize what you have to offer an employer. (e.g. “I know I would be a great addition to your sales team, and I’d really like to talk to you more about positions in that department.” Or, “I’m confident I could bring fresh ideas to your marketing efforts, and I’d welcome the opportunity to see how we could work together.”)

No video resume will be edited until your paper resume is emailed to inquiries(at)energizedtestimonials.com. When your paper resume is received, you will receive information about paying for your video resume.
Your video resume will be brief (under one minute) so speak in concise statements, especially for the statements about your education and experience. Your paper resume can easily get details about those facts across.
Use your video resume to convey your intangible qualities: personality, relatability, passion.
Think before you make very specific statements. If you say, “I know I have a lot to contribute to your marketing team,” that video can be sent to any company with a marketing position available. On the other hand, if you say, “I really want to sell widgets for the XYZ Company,” that’s fine… just don’t expect to send it to ABC Incorporated.
